Blogger outreach agency
Amber Lane Media is a small outreach studio. We find the bloggers and independent publishers whose readers actually care about your topic, pitch them personally, and help create content they are glad to publish. Every pitch is written for one reader. Nothing is sent from a template list.
What blogger outreach means here
Blogger outreach is the work of earning coverage, mentions and links on other people's sites. The site owner decides whether to publish, because the story, resource or guest article fits their audience. Done well, it brings you relevant readers and editorial links. Done badly, it is spam, and editors can tell.
We do it the slow way: research first, then one honest conversation at a time.
How a blogger outreach campaign works
- Listen. We learn your goals, your audience and what makes your story worth telling.
- Plan. Together we agree on the angles, the kinds of blogs and publications to target, and the content we need. You see the plan before anyone is contacted.
- Research. We read the blogs, not just their metrics. We look at who writes them, what they have already covered and what their readers respond to.
- Create and reach out. We write a personal pitch for each blogger. When a guest article, guide or resource is part of the offer, we produce it and a human reviews it before it goes anywhere. We follow up kindly, and we stop when someone says no.
- Report and refine. You get clear updates on what went live, where, and what we learned, plus what comes next.
What we won't do
- No link farms, private blog networks or links bought in bulk.
- No mass emails or copy-pasted pitches.
- No hiding paid placements. If a placement is paid or sponsored, it should be disclosed to readers and the link marked accordingly. Google asks for
rel="sponsored"orrel="nofollow"on paid links, and the US FTC expects material connections to be disclosed. - No inflated promises. Nobody can guarantee a ranking or a specific number of links, and we won't pretend to.
What you get
- A target list built for your topic and audience.
- Pitches and content written for each publication.
- Placements on sites whose readers fit yours, published because the editor wanted them.
- Plain-language reports: live URLs, replies, lessons learned and next steps.
- Relationships that last beyond the first campaign.
Who it's for
Brands in almost any sector, including finance and insurance, B2B services, legal and professional services, real estate, health and wellness, lifestyle and family, e-commerce, tech and SaaS, hospitality and travel, education, home services and nonprofits. Blogger outreach pairs naturally with our digital PR, link building, content and partnership work.
Common questions
Is blogger outreach the same as buying guest posts?
No. We pitch stories and content that the blogger chooses to publish. If a publication charges for placement, we tell you, and the placement has to be disclosed and tagged as sponsored.
How long does it take?
Personal outreach is slower than blasting a list. Research and the first pitches come first, and replies arrive at each blogger's pace. We agree on a realistic plan with you up front.
Do you guarantee links or rankings?
No. Editors decide what they publish, and search engines decide rankings. We promise careful work and honest reporting.
